Job requirements:
- 10 years experience.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding in VAT Returns.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent knowledge in Excel.
- Advantage, but not a necessity, to have BuildSmart knowledge.
Job responsibilities:
- Prepare general ledger postings, bank deposits and statements.
- Reconcile accounts when due.
- Provide support and assistance to company personnel.
- Investigate and restore documentation or accounting discrepancies and problems.
- Sort and compile checks and invoices.
- Input invoices, checks, vouchers, reports, account statements and other records.
- Match invoices to work orders.
- Match payments to invoices.
