- Ensure sales growth targets are achieved
- Strategically present and execute sales plans
- Manage stock levels
- Analyze stock and sales reports
- Elevate the company to the position of market leader
- Develop relationships to increase order levels in-store
- Manage sales force
- Driver’s license
- Performance monitoring, evaluation, feedback
- Discipline, corrective action, and poor work performance management
- Leave and Absence Management
- Extensive experience in retail or sales environment
- High energy levels with a drive for sales
- Excellent negotiation skills

- Reliable and trustworthy
Experience:
