Basic life support Call Centre controller position available at Relay EMS.
Job requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid level 3 qualified essential with one years experience.
- Excellent telephonic skills.
- PC Literate- Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Strong administration skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to perform under high pressure situations.
- Fluent in English, any additional language will be of advantage.
- Flexibility to adapt and cope with changes at short notice.
- Ability to make effective use of company resources.
Job responsibilities:
- Required to work 192 hours per month.
- Working shifts (inc. night shifts).
- A few key outputs.
- Record keeping.
- Updating systems.
- Provide efficient medical assistance telephonicaly.
