JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are conveniently located in Randburg in our new, state of the art building and offer an exceptional work environment with friendly people and a family atmosphere. Call Center Support Specialists will answer a high volume of inbound Sales and General Support related calls. Will create new accounts and schedule installation appointments for customers in S A. Will respond to and handle customer inquiries across a wide spectrum of questions and requests until issue is resolved. Specialists must keep detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as any action taken using assigned technologies.
This is a fast-paced environment with intensive training on our systems and processes. This position requires someone who can multi-task and successfully complete a very detailed and rigorous training program that demands a high level of comprehension and memory recall and the ability to absorb and recall a large amount of complicated data and procedures. For specialists offered the opportunity to contribute to our sales goals, a monthly performance bonus is available for strong performance. These bonuses have reached over R1, 500 a month for high performing specialists. Duties and Responsibilities • Receive inbound new customer sales calls and account inquires. Is able to close sales at a 70% close rate and meet or exceed sales and call center metrics • Accurate data Input and ability to respond to questions in a confident and efficient manner • Research issues and respond to questions. • Possess a high level of professionalism and the ability to work in a fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service • Respond to client verbal inquiries. • Ability to learn quickly; handle pressure, make good decisions, and have a good analytical ability • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Analyze customer problems & drive call to resolution
