One of our clients is currently recruiting for a Customer Services Representative. The company is an exciting education provider and is part of the JSE-listed PSG Group. They provide innovative education solutions to schools, tutors and home education parents, and already serve more than 13 000 learners across Southern Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls when required
- Managing transferred/escalated enquiries
- Assisting walk-in clients
- Performing operational and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Qualification in call centre/telesales/customer care (advantageous)
- Experience in client services/call centre (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
R 7500 basic salary
