Senior Chef / kitchen coordinator needed for upmarket Restaurant in Bryanston. Looking for individuals with 4+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in Italian cuisine beneficial.  Must be able to coordinate and manage complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Must be very proficient in running a pass. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems, food cost and stock management. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply.
