We are looking for an experienced and capable Junior SEM/Digital Marketeer to join our web development agency and to assist & develop the marketing division.
How you will stand out… You will work within a team (whilst working very closely with the Development team), so a team player is essential! This is a position where you are given the autonomy to deliver results and so requires someone with tremendous motivation and drive to succeed.
How you will stand out…
- Proven commercial experience in PPC and SEO (minimum 1 year) ideally working within the agency environment
- Manage campaigns for internal and client accounts.
- Plan, build, implement, report and optimise campaigns to achieve set goals.
- Analysis and strategy recommendations for clients and internal projects.
- Keyword analysis and research.
- On-going monitoring of results and performance of strategies.
- Work closely and advise development team of necessary website changes.
- Keep abreast of developments within the search industry and share the knowledge with the team and the agency.
- Tag Manager experience.
- Webmaster Tools experience.
- Knowledge and experience of Google Analytics and Google conversion tracking methods.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to find solutions to any PPC complications.
- Creative and innovative with ability to produce results (ROI) on campaigns.

- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with all administrative tasks and is comfortable in managing their own workload.
