Nieuw Muckleneuk, Pretoria: LITIGATION TYPIST (MID LEVEL)
Job Function: Attend to Departmental finances on MS Excel and Ghost Practice, with minimum normal Litigation duties
Minimum Requirements:
-Female
-Fully bilingual
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 2 years High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing experience
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Computer literacy in Ghost Practice advantageous
-Dictaphone typing experience
-Excellent typing skills, including speed and accuracy (will be tested)
-Excellent communication skills
-Well presented and professional
-Strong telephone etiquette
-Stable employment record
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Main function: Attend to Departmental finances on MS Excel and Ghost Practice (sending bills to clients, requesting payment from clients, visiting clients when required, debiting fees, paying Advocates etc.)
-Typing of High & Magistrate’s Court litigation
-Dictaphone typing
-Drafting and typing of legal documents
-General secretarial duties
-General administrative duties
Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 13 900.00 gross maximum CTC (Depending on experience)
