Keys roles will be opening and closing procedures.
Overseeing of the normal running of a restaurant, customer service, complaints, hygiene and reservations
staff management and communication
stock control and stocktakes weekly, costings and new specials.
Need to be able to work on GAAP POS system and need to know how Microsoft office works.
Payroll administartion.
Experience in restaurants and qualification is key and have your own transport
