Job requirements:
- Must have south African ID or a valid work permit.
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager.
- Can handle high volumes and keep a cool head.
- Have own reliable transport.
- Can communicate effectively with all kitchen staff, waiters and suppliers.
- Can work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Trustworthy, reliable, hard-working, punctual and presentable.
- A compulsory four-week training will be provided and must be passed.
