Position available for SAIPA article clerk or Junio Accountant
- Required for an accounting & tax practice in Bellville
- Salary between R8,000 & R10,000 depending on experience and education
- We are able to offer SAIPA articles
- Require an Afrikaans speaking person
- Preferably a non-smoker.
- Must have own transport (may be send out to clients)
- Must have BCom (or equivalent) OR busy studying towards it
- Experience with Pastel / Payroll / Taxware will be an advantage.
Duties may include the following and/or may evolve according to our clients’ requirements:
- Income tax calculations & submissions for companies and individuals
- Pastel bookkeeping up to Trail Balance (including Asset registers & depreciation)
- VAT calculations and returns on Efiling.
- Vat reconciliations.
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Budgets
- Payroll – weekly & monthly payrolls. Submitting EMP201 (Paye, SDL & UIF)
- Easyfile reconciliations and submissions
- WCA submissions & reports
- VAT, PAYE, UIF & WCA registrations
- Communications with SARS, CIPC and a few other
- Company secretarial work e.g. CIPC annual returns & disclosures
- Caseware Working Papers – annual financial statements & assistance on small audits
- Internal office admin services & support (e.g. invoicing, filing, ordering supplies, etc)
