Sous Chef-Centurion

Chef position available for busy Restaurant in Centurion. Looking for individuals with 3+ years relevant chef experience. Must have good all round cooking skills. Main focus will be food preparation, quality control and running the pass. Strong knowledge of stock control and food costing essential. Must have good staff management and time management skills.
