We are looking for store consultants to work in our exciting new sport/lifestyle store.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure that your area is visually appealing and that high standards of housekeeping are maintained.
- Consistently feedback to store manager on stock, merchandising or display issues.
- Keep up to date with fashion and product knowledge in order to assist customers as well as employees.
- Ensure that all marketing and promotional activities are actioned on time according to company instructions and standards.
- Deal professionally with customer queries complaints.
- Be proactive in suggestions for growing your store's customer base.
- Ensure that dress-code standards are adhered to.
- Drive sales and committed to achieve the monthly and annual sales budgets.
- Developing a sound customer relation.
- To drive the sell out performance for the brand at store level.
- Ensure high standard of product knowledge.
- Build and maintain database of customers.
Job requirements:
- Self motivated, willing, enthusiastic and active participant in own development.
- Have to multi-task and is flexible in responding to changing business priorities.
- Organized, reliable, good time management.
- Understanding of successful selling and marketing of brands.
- Proficient in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, good writing skills.
