Looking for technical support/training consultants in Cape Town.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting technical software related enquiries via phone and email.
- Identifying, troubleshooting and logging software 'bugs'.
- Training of new and existing clients on the software.
- Implement and train and manage the setup process for the clients.
- Cross-sell and up sell products and services.
- Assign and manage designs web-skin work.
Job requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
- 2 years troubleshooting experience is essential.
- Training experience will be an advantage
- Outstanding telephone skills with an ability to translate complex technical information into layman's terms.
- Experience in a technical call centre role, or the events industry, and/or using event management software.
- Shift times are from 10am to 7pm or 3pm to 12am (transport will be provided for take home at the end of the 12am shift).
- Starting dare: 14 August 2017.
