Vendor Consultant required

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure effective and accurate administration of procurement systems, call center and documentation of suppliers/vendors and ensuring that tasks/queries are kept in line with the  SLA

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Maintaining of supplier database and pprocessing of certificates for suppliers/vendors
  • Telephonically assisting clients/suppliers with queries
  • Monitoring acquisitions of clients and constantly following up with them

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Matric
  • Must be a Procurement/SCM graduate
  • Must be computer literate with highly accurate, speedy and grammatically correct typing skills (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must be a Fast learner
  • Must reside within Ormonde or surrounding areas

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 -5:00

Location: Ormonde
