Customer support agent required

We are an exciting and fast growing online accommodation website, that specialise in self-catering, villa, guest houses and BnB accommodation and we are looking for a customer support agent.

Job responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new travel accommodation for the website.
  • Contacting accommodation establishments via email and telephone.

Job requirements:

  • Attention to detail and very organised a must.
  • Candidate must be able to work with targets.
  • Self managed.
  • Great phone energy and voice.
  • Excellent speaking, reading and writing in both Afrikaans and English.
  • Atleast 1 year experience in the following:
  • Dealing with clients telephonically.
  • Admin experience.
  • Sales experience.
  • Customer Service.
  • Travel Industry experience is advantageous.
  • Work from home options available.
  • Basic Salary p/m + Sign up bonus.
  • Unlimited commission earnings.
