A dynamic company is seeking a self motivated, well presented Admin Assistant with experience in Excel and Word.
Minimum requirements include:
Must have Matric
Must have knowledge of Excel and Word
Duties may include:
Ensure all necessary proof of delivery and customs documents are received from service providers, update excel spreadsheet and file.
Open files and capture info in excel as received
Assist office staff with general admin functions
Assist admin manager with month end billing files
Send all road freight pre alerts
Scanning in of inspection reports and saving them
Relieve the receptionist
