  • Minimum qualification of a National Senior Certificate obtained. (grade12)
  • Experience
  • Telephone Etiquette and Collection skills
  • Customer care and communication skills
  • Business acumen
  • MS Office skills and computer literacy.
  • Credit application and vetting acumen.
  • Account management acumen.
  • Credit Control and Collections acumen.
  • Cashier and banking (cashing up ) acumen.
  • Previous work experience preferably in the Furniture retail environment will be an advantage.
  • Housekeeping , cleaning and general office acumen.
  • Able to work retail business hours.
  • Ability and willingness to develop and grow to management level.
