The purpose of this role is to attend to the selling of advertising space for our publications and to ensure that the sales targets are met. Ensure deadlines are met and manage relationships with members and external stakeholders. Develop business relationships in an effort to increase brand loyalty and company profitability.
Selling of advertising space with agreed targets and the requirements of the publications
ADVERTISING SALES ADMIN:
Develop market-related advertising and sponsorship rates and packages that offer a positive value proposition for members and other advertisers / sponsors
Keep accurate and thorough records of advertisers and engagements on CRM
Submit advertising reports according to schedule and provide regular updates to the communications team
Set and review the distribution plan for publications.
Ensure all publications are delivered according to the distribution plan, advertisers, Corporate Partners, etc.
Keep accurate records (including recipient signature, date, etc) of publications that have been delivered.
Minimum tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing with proven sales abilities
Drivers license with own vehicle is essential
