MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Switchboard
- General Admin
- Creditors capturing and Reconciliation
- Material returns - Assist stores
- Capture vehicle fuel & expenses
- PPE
- Booking staff for medicals
- Dealing with Students
- Creditors Applications
- Booking Vehicle Services
- Pay slips, Timesheets
- Dealing with students
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Minimum 2 year’s experience
- Experience on Pastel Partner, Excel, Word, Outlook and Creditors
- Able to work independently
- Meet deadlines
- Keep company information confidential
- Be able to priorities work (multi task)
- Take instructions
- Attention to detail
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Non smoker
- Code 08 driver’s license
