Customer Support Personal Assistant
A lot of the duties are focused on organizing and arranging things and making sure they get done, without management having to get involved. These could range from getting the carpets in the office steam cleaned to arranging a conference with a group of Dealer Principals which would include finding a suitable venue, compiling invitations and collating the responses, arranging the catering and ensuring that the travel arrangements are in place and then sorting out the invoices and payments afterwards. I’m looking for a people’s person who will get support from the whole team but will also be firm enough to make sure that they do what she/he needs them to without having to ask management to “talk to the people” too often.
