We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors/Call Handlers for a Durban Cbd Based client. You will take responsibility of answering inbound calls and keeping answer times within KPIs. You will receive full training and be able to apply this immediately to the calls you are receiving both in a reactive and proactive manner; always having the caller at the forefront.
You will be hands-on, customer-focused, and have the capability of responding effectively and positively.
