Retail Sales Support
Primary Functions of the Position;
- General secretarial/assistant duties
- scheduling and coordinating diaries / appointments, answering advisor queries
- Correspondence in terms of emails and letters
- Administration
- Printing fact sheets, or presentations on request for consultants
- compiling booklets for consultants to take to their advisors
- emailing documents for consultants if they are on the road
- typing up any schedules or spread-sheets where needed
- managing the coastal sales staff CRM system
- managing/updating a database of unallocated advisors in the Coastal region
- Assisting with events and office functions for the coastal region
- Setting the meeting & presentation rooms - Printing, compiling folders for presentation material
- Managing RSVP’s for events if needed
- Compile events reports for distribution to marketing and the coastal team
Basic Job Requirements;
- Min 3 - 5 years relevant working experience
- Previous experience in financial services industry will be viewed favorably
- Computer literacy: be proficient in Word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint (intermediate level)
- Professional
- Friendly and diplomatic nature, possessing sufficient maturity to speak confidently with intermediaries
and clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English and Afrikaans
- High standard of personal integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
- Ability to priorities tasks assigned, and will need to be methodical, thorough, efficient, and proactive

- Hardworking, organized and in control of their duties/diary
