A secretarial position has become available in our Banking & Finance department.
Commercial secretary handling general administrative tasks on a day to day basis in support of the professionals and the department as and when necessary, including: typing of agreements & opinions, attending to telephone calls, correspondence, emails, appointments, queries, diary management, filing, and taking/preparing minutes of meetings, where necessary. Be proficient in office administration and the relevant computer software packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and accounts package. You need to be a proven team player, professional, flexible and friendly.
