Our client in the citrus and table grape export industry is looking for a dynamic candidate to join their team in Bellville.
Job description and responsibilities:
- Intakes and dispatches according to supply and demand
- Handle and follow up Export documentation
- Arrange logistics instructions with relevant parties
- Generate marketing volume reports
- Summarise and communicate weekly plan to relevant parties
- Check and approve invoices
- Manage Masterfiles on export system
- Inventory management
- Stock control and Management
- Arrange Special market procedures and follow steri protocols
Minimum requirements:
- Matric with relevant tertiary education
- 3 years’ experience in the Fruit Export environment
- System knowledge and experience of logistic export systems
- Strong Computer Skills (Excel advanced; MS office)
- Valid driver’s licence
A market related total cost to company package is offered including pension fund.
