4days sleep in nanny

I'm looking for a nanny to watch my new born when she arrives in July, i want someone whk has experience with new borns preferably between ages 38- upwards. Must be PE resedent and willing to sleep over from Sunday-Thurday and leave Fridays afternoon, Work half day Saturday.
