Your role at HFM:
- Contact and follow up with leads generated from HFM events across South Africa.
- Guide potential clients through the wallet registration process and assist them in activating trading accounts.
- Promote the companys products, services, promotions, and features in a professional and informative manner.
- Understand and communicate the benefits of HFM to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and activities in the internal CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with all KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.
- Deliver consistent sales performance aligned with targets set by the Head of Sales.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values at all times.
- Demonstrate initiative in self-development, particularly in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
What You Bring:
- 1+ years experience in sales and trading knowledge advantageous.
- Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with online trading or financial markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and work ethic.
- Prior experience in client-facing or sales roles will be an advantage.
