- All current recording in Quick Books
- Monthly and quarterly closing
- Work with CPA for end of year
- Manage Accounts Receivable Dept. and Accounts Payables
- Keep accurate up-to-date checking account balance for multiple accounts
- Bank Reconciliation for all bank accounts
- Reconcile Monthly Bank Statements
- HR duties
- Ensure staff members understand and apply company & statutory procedures
