We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This position is ideal for an accountant with a strong foundation in accounting principles and application, experience in data analysis and reporting. Youll play a key role in financial management, reporting, and analysis, handling larger datasets, and supporting the finance team in strategic decision-making.

- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs and analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Data Management:
- Work with large datasets and utilize tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Use pivot tables and other Excel functions for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Use other BI related software and models to assist with data analysis and reporting
- Budgeting & Forecasting Support::
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support company strategy.
- Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive efficiencies with business by highlighting and resolving process inefficiencies
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Present financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
- Collaborate with teams across departments, explaining complex data in a way that aids decision-making.
- 1-3 years of post-articles experience.
- Reporting and analysis experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables.
- Experience with SAP, QlikView and Qliksense.
- Team management experience is beneficial.
- Comfortable working with large datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Excel and the full MS Office suite.
- Analytical Skills:
- A structured approach to financial data analysis, with the ability to derive insights and inform decisions.
- Communication Skills:
- Skilled at simplifying complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across departments.
- Teamwork:
