The Accountant: Financial Reporting strengthens Medihelps reporting capability by delivering accurate, timely outputs across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles. The role supports income statement analysis, management accounts inputs, rolling monthly forecasts, annual budgeting and the preparation of audit and regulatory evidence packs. Working with cost centre managers, you will embed forecasting discipline, interpret variances, and provide clear financial commentary to support decision-making, while contributing to standardised, efficient reporting processes.

Requirements

BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification

Completed SAICA / SAIPA articles or 35years relevant accounting / financial reporting experience

Experience in management accounts, income statement analysis, budgeting and forecasting

KEY COMPETENCIES

Advanced MS Excel and strong analytical capability

Excellent planning and delivery across overlapping deadlines

Strong interpretive and variance analysis skills
