Accountant is needed in Springfontein, Free State.
Job responsibilities:
- Full function Bookkeeping up to Trail Balance;
- Reconciliations of all accounts;
- Loading of Payments;
- Invoicing;
- Weekly reporting (Financial statements, Management Accounts, Financial Reporting);
- Assisting with the comparison of material prices and quotations;
- Asset Management.
- Stock control
- Ordering and authorising of materials
- Overseeing the project plan of the construction projects
- Implementation of checks and balances for site managers
- Overseeing the rental property portfolio (invoicing etc)
- Coordinating salary payments
- Salary journals and recons
- Supplier reconciliations and payments
- Order processing for suppliers
- Comparing quotes from suppliers
Job requirements:
- Matric with Financial Qualification;
- Completed SAICA / SAIPA Atricles;
- Experience from Construction industry will be highly advantageous;
- Excellent Excel skill;
- Previous experience on Pastel;
- Strong personality and able to communicate on all levels
