**Key Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in accounting (5+ years will significantly strengthen your application)
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Pastel, Sage, QuickBooks) and MS Excel / Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy with numbers, and ability to work independently
