Administrative Assistant

  • Administrative support to management and other departments.
  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including:
  • Stock take and product loading.
  • Order packing and purchase order checking.
  • Upkeep of product loading sheets and stock records.
  • Pricing updates and booking deliveries.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of internal ERP systems.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and exhibitions.
  • Liaise with suppliers on pricing, product sourcing, and lead times, and with clients regarding delivery times, order receipt, and after-sales service.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
