Monaheng E.M. is a Passioinista of strategy and planning, creative and competent in Supervisory, Human and Assert Management skills. I bring along a wealth of experience from some of the giant Institutions/Companies I have worked for; Beverage, Alcoholic and Local Government Institutions.
I bring heart, soul, passion and service delivery into an organization and enjoy confronting challenges strategically head on and also skilled in conflict management from experience. I am an initiator who possesses very good interpersonal and negotiation skills. I am consultative and strategic by nature but also independent in decision making. I have a knack for superb client relations, innovative by nature and able to conceptualize ground-breaking and creative ways that will lead the company forward; I am therefore a guaranteed invaluable team player who will take any organization to new heights.
I have a thirst for learning and venturing into the unknown as it helps in my personal growth and hence that of my conscious mind which will in turn impact positively on my career and the wellbeing of any organization. It is therefore this insights-centric attitude of keeping my finger on the pulse that makes me unique, relevant and valuable to both internal and external functions of any organization.
As a result, I command an endearing leadership when tasked with an action plan, displaying the willingness to roll-up my sleeves in not just thinking through innovative ways to solve business challenges as an invaluable team player; but also in actioning the required executional element for ensuring excellency in delivering of the work at hand.
