Administrative clerk receptionist needed

Job vacancy for an admin clerk receptionist in Krugersdorp, Gauteng.

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible to preform general administrative duties
  • Receptionist Duties and Customer Engagements
  • Updating Registered, Data Capturing and Record
  • Maintenance
  • Make Bookings
  • Stock Control

Job requirements:

  • Salary Scale: From R6000-00
  • Probationary Period: 3 Months
  • Matric / National qualification with mathematics
  • Proficient in both English and any other officiallanguage
  • Good knowledge and skill in PABX / Telephony systems
  • Computer skills and Windows Operating Systemproficiency
  • Must commit to compliance with all required health and safety regulations and Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Promote good working relationships with colleagues and maintain professional non-racial, non-biased and nondiscriminatory ethics.
  • Candidates must have own reliable transport.
