Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Manager role. The Administrative Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, ensure compliance with company policies, and handle task coordination to ensure efficiency. They will also assist in reporting, and maintaining internal systems, as well as supporting senior management with scheduling and other organizational needs. The role ensures efficient operations, regulatory compliance, accurate processing, excellent stakeholder service, and effective leadership across all benefit administration functions.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in administrative management, office operations, and supervising staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with team members, clients, and senior management.
- Attention to detail, ability to analyze and resolve problems, and proactive decision-making skills.
- Experience with business software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 57 years experience in medical aid, pension fund, employee benefits, or retail group administration.
- At least 3 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple benefit schemes or retail portfolios simultaneously.
- High integrity and ethical conduct.
- Client- and member-focused with strong service orientation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
- Confident decision-maker with sound judgment.
