- Provide administrative support
- Manage Cashflow and Petty Cash
- Planning, organising and executing admin
- Recordkeeping
- Retrieving files
- Filing correspondence
- Queries resolution and Compiling reports
- Quality Control of filing system
- Archive files
- Training new employees
- To uphold and promote the company values and culture
- Grade 12
- NQF - Level 5
- Relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
- Good time management, organising and leadership skills
- Basic computer skills/ Computer literacy (MS Outlook, word and excel)
