Responsibilities And Duties
- Data capturing of daily grain transactions.
- Ensuring all contracts are sent to clients and follow up on outstanding signed contracts.
- Capturing and updating of transport orders
- Data capturing of daily grain transactions.
- Capturing and processing of company and stock orders
- Filing and control of documents
- Month end reconciliations
- Stock Balancing
- Assist in any admin duties related to Grain
- Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics and Accounting as subjects will be an advantage)
- Computer literate (experience on Agris system will be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must be able to comply with deadlines
