In a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment a reliable administrator is essential to support the sales team. With strong attention to detail, the administrator ensures accurate data capturing on internal systems, maintains sales processes, and upholds reporting standards. This role provides critical behind-the-scenes support, enabling the sales team to focus on performance and client service with confidence.
Minimum requirements:
- Must be available to start immediately
- Matric (Grade 12)
- An administrative qualification or certificate will be advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative environment
- Must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English (verbal and written) due to the nature of our business and client base
- Please note: Interviews will be conducted primarily in Afrikaans

- General office and administration duties, such as filing, emailing, scanning and telephone enquiries.
- Accurately capture and manage confidential data, files, and reports in a compliance-driven environment.
- Submit new client files, ensuring all documents meet internal standards.
- Track daily departmental sales turnover and monitor new deals to support reporting.
- Maintain and update sales commission spreadsheets; calculate and verify payments for advisors and telemarketers.
- Identify and address workflow inefficiencies to boost productivity.
- Compile sales reports with basic data analysis.
- Coordinate sales meetings, take minutes, and support events and incentives.
- Handle professional communication via calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organise and maintain marketing and client filing systems (in-house system).
- Manage petty cash, daily expenses, and office supply inventory.
- Assist with recruitment: shortlist CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding with HR, Payroll, and IT.
- Manage employee leave records and coordinate with Payroll.
- General stakeholder support (internal and external).
