Turn-Key Property Development is a fast-growing property development and construction project management company with projects across South Africa and Africa. Were looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and service-focused Administrator to join our dynamic team.

What Youll Do

• Oversee daily office administration and invoice systems
• Manage tenders, quotes, and contracting processes
• Handle invoices (clients & vendors) and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate site meetings, minutes, and compliance documents
• Support project handovers and snag list management
• Keep information organized and communication flowing smoothly

What Were Looking For

• Previous administration/bookkeeping/accounting experience (construction industry advantageous)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
• Solid MS Office, Google Sheets, and online drive skills
• Qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Administration or Quantity Surveying is a plus
