What Were Looking For

• A completed Accounting degree (or equivalent)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholdermanagement abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• A willingness to learn and grow within the financial services sector

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting the administration of retirement and pension funds
• Assisting with employee benefits processes and member data management
• Capturing and reconciling financial information
• Processing member movements (withdrawals, retirements, contributions, etc.)
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
