Job Description
Artist Proof Studio is looking to appoint a Partnership Administrator in a full-time, permanent role.
Reporting to the Marketing and Development Lead, the Partnership Administrator is responsible for researching potential funders and partners, analysing sales and fundraising programmes, maintaining client, donor, and partnership databases, and engaging with funders and partners.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities Are
- Research and Partnership development
- Customer, sales and donor analysis and reporting
- Database management and administration
- Reception, client liaison and administration services
- APS values and social impact purpose
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, informatics or data management, or in a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, donor research, sales administration, partnership development or corporate social investment, or similar environment.
- Knowledge of fundraising platforms, donor management systems, and CRM tools, database and information management.
- Commercial knowledge, ideally with an understanding of corporate social investment funding in organisations.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal writing and donor engagement.
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
