Key Outputs- Tourplan rate loading, checking and general administration.
- Ensuring rates, terms & conditions, specials are loaded and accurate in Tourplan.
- Calm and professional manner of servicing agents and inhouse consultants.
Qualifications And Work Experience Required- Tourism related qualification or related field experience.
- Previous Tourplan knowledge would be advantageous.
Skillsrequired And Personal Attributes- A willingness and aptitude to learn
- General knowledge of the tourism or industry terms
- Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines and keep on top of your job
- Attention to detail and strong numerical ability
- Systems orientated
The successful candidate should have an enquiring mind, pay attention to detail, be creative and pro-active, ability to work under pressure and have high energy levels. Must have the ability to meet deadlines, be accountable and a good mentor. The position is an entry level.
