Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Intern to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and a keen interest in billing and finance. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of invoices to clients.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of billing information.
- Reconcile client accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with various billing-related tasks and projects.
- Maintain and update billing records and documentation.
- Generate and analyze billing reports using Excel.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Respond to billing inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with preparation for a new Billing System Implementation, to include Customer database cleansing
- Assist Finance Team with other non-billing related activities as needed.
- Currently pursuing or a completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in a billing or finance role is a plus but not required.
Hybrid Working
