Key Responsibilities
- Sending copies of sales invoices to clients.
- Sending copy statements to clients.
- Processing statement runs for clients.
- Liaising with clients to confirm receipt of invoices.
- Submitting invoices on portals and updating notes on accounts with submission dates.
- Chasing purchase orders.
- Triaging the credit control mailbox.
- Requesting and following up on credit approvals.
- Finance related qualification
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
