About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in networking environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing customer environments while ensuring seamless network performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, wi-fi)
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements to optimize uptime and reliability.
- Assist with network security measures including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Support end-users with network-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and incidents.
- Work with the IT team to support infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Network Technician.
- BEE required
- Minimum certifications CCNA, CCNP
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Strong knowledge on Active Directory advantage
- Experience with Cisco, HP, Huawei or similar networking equipment.
- Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
