Purpose Statement

• To maximise recoveries from External Debt Collectors (EDCs) by the monitoring, reporting and coordination of an allocated group (5 6) of EDCs.

Experience

Minimum:

• 1 year general administration experience within a similar environment
• Proven experience in liaising with external service providers

Ideal:

• Experience in debt collection process and procedures

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal Or Preferred)

Knowledge

Ideal:

• Knowledge of debt collections processes and procedures

Skills

• Communications Skills
• Analytical Skills
• Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Attention to Detail
