We're seeking a skilled and certified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial air conditioning systems, including Chillers, VRV/VRF systems, rooftop package units, and Split Units.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Maintenance : Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, proposing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
3. Preventive Maintenance : Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure system longevity.
4. Record Keeping :Maintain detailed records of service and installation work.
Requirements:
1. Experience - Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial air conditioning systems.
2. Certifications : Relevant trade qualification/certification in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration.
3. Physical Ability : Good physical condition and ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
4. Technical Skills : Solid understanding of electrical systems, HVAC repair methods, tools, and materials.
5. Communication :Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
