What Is It
Allan Gray Accelerate is a fast-paced vacation internship, designed for high-achieving students like you.
From 1-4 July, you will have the opportunity to build valuable connections, showcase your skills, tackle real-world challenges and gain firsthand experience in the dynamic world of investments.
Youll also get to learn from seasoned professionals in various teams, focused on shaping a world-class service experience for Allan Gray clients.
Who Its For
Were looking for high-performing and independent-minded final-year students who are:
- Ready to start working full-time in 2026
- Completing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or Business Science, specialising in (but not limited to) Finance, Economics, Investments, Statistics or Business Management
- Consistently high academic achievers
- Eligible to work in South Africa

Our primary graduate opportunities are in Retail Client Services as an Investment Service Consultant or Retail Operations as an Operations Consultant. During the internship you may be assessed for a potential fit in one of these areas and be further exposed to learn from seasoned professionals in Product Development, Institutional Client Services and other key teams, all of whom are focused on shaping our world-class service experience for Allan Gray clients.
