Company based in Westmead looking for analytical lab technician.
Job responsibilities:
- To assist the team and the laboratory by carrying out technical operations consisting in handling experiments and protocols.
- Conduct and apply straightforward protocols independently to assist the team and the laboratory in their work - measure stability of formulation batches, proceed to easy formulation batches.
- Contribute to ensuring optimal safety and quality conditions (upkeep of equipment, etc.) Must have strong principles and code of ethics.
- Communicate Raw results. Manage laboratory inventories (supplies, orders, consumables or raw materials, raw materials inventory etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality procedures in force in the laboratory, must adhere to ISO standards and GMP.
Job requirements:
- Manufacturing experience an advantage.
- Post matric qualification in Analytical Chemistry or similar advantageous
- Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in a Laboratory environment with health and beauty products.
- Good level of Computer literacy
